Fonctionnement
PVC/aluminum film is unwound under constant tension via an active feeding motor, heated and thermoformed into blister cavities. Tablets/capsules are filled by feeder; an optional reject station removes defective plates. PTP aluminum or paper sealing film is heated and roller-sealed onto the blister. Batch number is embossed with heating for clarity. Dual servo traction with closed-loop cursor alignment ensures perfect plate registration. Die-cutting separates plates; finished blisters are output and waste collected. Single-axis cam drive synchronizes all stations. The cantilever frame keeps the workspace separate from the rotating mechanism for hygiene and operator safety.
