Bottles are manually loaded into the elevator hopper and lifted into the main drum (Φ2.0 m). The rotating disk pushes bottles into individual cells; a flip mechanism re-orients any inverted bottles upright; a paddle pushes them to the outlet. Output is a continuous stream of upright bottles via air-conveyor or belt to the next process. The patented one-key changeover uses a Panasonic servo to auto-adjust mechanical positions based on operator-entered bottle height and offset, eliminating manual setup time. The spring + electromagnetic clutch combination automatically disconnects drive on fault to protect the machine and operator.
