Fonctionnement

Containers are placed on the slat-chain conveyor (chain width 190 mm) and automatically fed into the sealing station. The sealing film roll is fed continuously and cut 2–3 mm larger than the container mouth thread outer edge. Pneumatic cylinders press the film onto the container mouth under controlled temperature (0–300 °C, ±5 °C). Photoelectric tracking ensures precise positioning. The Delta PLC (with 7-inch Weinview HMI) controls the full sequence. After sealing, containers are discharged automatically.
