Fonctionnement
Granular product is fed by Z-type elevator into a 10-head IP65 combination weigher that selects optimal weight combinations from multiple buckets. Selected portions drop into a collection hopper and through a tube collar of the VFFS main machine. Panasonic servo motor pulls film, AirTAC cylinders perform back seal, top and bottom seals, with optional nitrogen flush to extend shelf life. Auto statistics log total output, pass rate, and per-bag deviation.
