Fonctionnement
Inovance PLC controls a servo film-traction motor (400 W) and pneumatic AirTAC cylinders that form the film into a tube via a 304 SS collar, back seal, end seal, and cut. Color-mark photoelectric sensor (Longyou, Zhejiang) tracks bag length; ribbon coder prints date. Touchscreen HMI stores multiple recipe profiles. Pre-clamping device holds the bag while the heater seals.
