Fonctionnement
Premade pouches are picked up at station 1, then indexed through 8 stations: date coding, servo bag opening, primary fill (with vibratory tamping), secondary fill, double heat sealing, and shape/output. A 10-head combination weigher delivers precise quantitative dosing while a Z-type elevator feeds the weigher. Siemens PLC coordinates motion and the servo pouch opener guarantees reliable opening for difficult bag types.
