Fonctionnement

Premade composite pouches are taken from a magazine by suction cups and indexed through 8 stations on a single rotary turntable: bag feed, date coding, opening with upper/lower suction cups, primary filling (with bag-opening detection), secondary filling, rotating air-blow with material push (clears seal area), and double heat sealing. PLC coordinates each station while the grooved cam ensures smooth high-speed motion.
