Fonctionnement

Premade composite bags are picked from a magazine and rotated through 8 stations: bag feeding, date coding, bag opening, filling, vacancy/nitrogen filling, heat sealing, transition, and shaping/output. Detection sensors prevent filling and sealing when no bag is present or the bag is not opened, minimizing waste. Variable frequency drive controls packing speed.
