Fonctionnement

Powder with 0.5-5% crystalline water is fed by feed screw into the gap between two counter-rotating press wheels (Phi300 mm, 250 mm width) driven by 18.5 kW motor via cycloid reducer. Wheels pressed by hydraulic oil cylinder (electric vane pump + accumulator + electric contact pressure gauge; setpoint 6-7 MPa, relief at 7 MPa). Compacted ribbon broken to granules by frequency-converted granulator with mesh screen. Feed screw and press wheel speeds stepless adjustable via VFD. Cooling water through shaft holes. Scraper-to-wheel clearance 0.1 mm; press wheel gap 0.2-0.5 mm.

Nettoyage et entretien

After production, immediately clean and maintain all parts. Every 6 months replace hydraulic and gear oil. Do not use hard tools to clean or tap press wheel surfaces. Ensure no hard metal objects enter the material.
