Fonctionnement
Compressed air is cooled, filtered and dried, then accelerated through nozzles to form supersonic jets injected into the grinding chamber. Under pressure differential the material is fluidized and accelerated; at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, particles collide, impact, abrade and shear to achieve ultrafine comminution. The comminuted fine powder is carried upward by the airstream to the turbine classifier above; under centrifugal force of the classifier rotor and suction of the induced-draft fan, fine powder meeting the fineness requirement is discharged and collected. Purified gas is exhausted by the induced-draft fan.
Processus de fonctionnement
