SED-2500FS2-B — Universal Pulverizer with Pulse-Jet Dust Collector

Material enters the grinding chamber through the feed inlet and is struck by high-speed rotating blades, throwing material against the toothed ring fixed on the body, causing impact, shearing, and friction between material, blades, and toothed ring in alternating pulverization cycles. Pulverized material, driven by positive pressure airflow generated by the high-speed wind-wheel on the side of the grinding chamber, overcomes gravity as fine particles pass through the sizing screen and enter the cyclone collector via the discharge tube, discharged through the rotary valve. Ultra-fine dust is captured by a pulse-jet bag filter; after filtration clean air is discharged to atmosphere. No excessive heat is generated inside the chamber, preserving material properties.
