Fonctionnement

Granular material is fed via the hopper and force feeder into the rotating turret holding 9 die positions. As the turret rotates (0–36 rpm), upper/lower punch pairs ride pressure rollers to compress material in each die cavity at up to 60 kN. Finished tablets are ejected and collected. Stainless steel and specially treated surfaces prevent cross-contamination.
