Fonctionnement

This is a single-press rotary tablet press. Granular material is fed via the hopper into the rotating turret with 5 die positions. As the turret rotates (0–36 rpm), upper/lower punch pairs ride upper and lower cam tracks to compress material in the dies into tablets, which are then single-side discharged. PLC system controls operation; touchscreen displays turret speed. EU tooling punch and die ensures precise shaping and engraving capability. Overload protection automatically stops the machine when pressure is exceeded.
