Used for sample preparation paired with calcium-iron analyzers, FTIR (IR), XRF and similar analytical instruments. Widely used in research, teaching, testing, catalysis, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and new-material R&D. Compresses powder materials such as KBr, NaCl, H3BO3 into pellets, columns, irregular shapes, etc. Also serves as a general-purpose hydraulic press for testing pressure resistance of objects. Pressure 0-24T (0-34 MPa). Chrome-plated cylinder Φ95mm. Piston stroke 30mm. Pressure stability ≤1 MPa/10 min. Working table Φ105mm. 4 columns at 80×150mm spacing. Dual force/pressure scale gauge. Seal-free linkage construction reduces oil-leak points. Use clean No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Manually operated pump handle. Dimensions 245×175×415mm, weight 42 kg. After each use, wipe the die and working table clean with lint-free cloth before storage. Do not immerse in chemical solvents. Apply anti-rust oil if not in use for extended periods.
