Fonctionnement

Material is loaded into the 25 L top storage silo; three-stage electromagnetic vibration feeders guide material along a 3-tier stepped sliding track into 24 channels, progressively spacing pieces to prevent overlap. Infrared 360° dynamic scanning sensors (no blind spots) count each piece as it falls. A food-grade silicone drum sorter separates difficult-to-separate pieces. Dual-cylinder positioning locates the bag/container; after the set count is reached, the discharge nozzle releases the counted batch. Bottle-missing and bottle-jam photoelectric sensors automatically stop the machine on fault.
