Suitable for self-standing bags, handbags, four-side seal, three-side seal, paper bags, and other composite bags. Bag width 80–240 mm, length 150–350 mm; packing materials PA/PE, PET/PE, aluminium film and other heat-seal films. Fill range 100–500 g; speed 35–45 bags/min; weighing accuracy ≤ ±1%. PLC + touch-screen (Chinese/English bilingual), variable-frequency motor drive; variety changeover in < 2 min. Empty-bag automatic circulation prevents empty packages 100%. Smart bag-open detection: no dose/no seal if bag does not open properly — zero waste of bags and material. All exposed parts in 304 stainless steel; GMP-compliant. Imported tolerance plastic bearings (oil-free); oil-free vacuum pump; dust/water-proof, washable design; transparent plexiglass safety door. Includes: 2 filling devices, independent waterproof electrical box, empty-bag circulation, integrated adjustment manipulator, ribbon coding, non-standard horizontal spout-bag loading, bottom-opening bag + detection, double-station blanking + filling, rotary blow-cleaning at bag mouth, product conveyor belt, shelf and safety door switch.
