SED-240WGD-V horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) pre-made bag packaging machine for DOYPACK/zipper bags. Modular construction with 3 independent modules: unwinder, pouch forming, and filling — combinable to suit specific requirements. Suitable for pet food, seasoning, dried fruit, candy, oatmeal, powder, granule, liquid, sauce, face cream, laundry detergent, potato chips, protein powder, etc. Single or multi-column working method; max speed 100 PPM (model dependent). This model: 40 PPM, bag size 120×150 mm (min) to 240×350 mm (max), max volume 1,500 mL. Equipped with 2 filling/measuring workstations (expandable to 4). Servo-motor pouch transport, vacuum-pump bag opening, no-bag/no-dose detection, top welding + cooling devices. Integrated cabinet with independent 15-inch operation panel. Electrical standard: Mitsubishi PLC + Schneider VFD + Weinview HMI. Air consumption 200 L/min @ 0.6 MPa; heater voltage 48 V; enclosure IP55. CE-certified.
