SED-240RP-G Auto Double Aluminum Strip Packing Machine (Soft Double AL). Designed with PLC human-machine interface and frequency converter for high automation, easy operation, attractive appearance, full functionality, and reliable durability. Conforms to GMP standards. Features vibration feeder and crisp remover to effectively clear powder and crisps from medicine; auto counting, horizontal perforation, slitting, waste-side cutting, batch number printing, and auto punching all completed automatically in one process. Heat-pressing cam diameter adjustable from 110–140 mm. Material-controlling cam rotates at the same speed as the heat-pressing cam, ensuring equal spacing between medicament nests from plate edge to center. Punch uses electronic checking signal combined with PLC program, allowing free change of granule count in the horizontal direction without replacing moulds.
