Fonctionnement
Pre-treated pure feed water (resistivity ≥5 MΩ·cm) is pumped via CRN1-6 multistage pump (0.37 kW) into the preheater (coil type), then into the upper section of the falling-film tubular evaporator. Industrial steam (0.1–0.7 MPa) serves as heat source on the shell side, evaporating the feed water as it flows down the tubes in a thin film. The secondary steam generated rises into the pure steam filter where droplets are separated and removed. Dry pure steam exits to user. Falling-film + spiral water distribution maximizes evaporation rate while preventing scaling. Siemens PLC + touch screen monitor and control conductivity, pressure, flow, and temperature. High/low level control, pressure regulation, automatic discharge of heating-steam condensate via thermostatic trap.
Processus de fonctionnement
