Fonctionnement
Beverage flows from a holding tank with float-ball level control through high-speed vacuum filling valves into 30 ml glass bottles at hot-fill or ambient temperature. Filling pressure ≤0.15 MPa; filling precision ±2–3%. After filling, bottles proceed to the capping station where a cap loader with imported sensitive sensors feeds screw caps; a rotating cap-washing mechanism cleans caps before application. The machine table is 30 mm thick precision-laser-cut plate for maximum rigidity. Upgraded high-speed chains and reinforced square-tube support columns ensure stability at 9,000 BPH.
