SED-24-6YLG-Z Can Filling-Seaming 2-in-1 monoblock for carbonated drinks (e.g. hydrogen-rich water, beer). 24 filling heads + 6 seaming heads. Rated capacity 16,000 cans/hour for 500 ml cans. Applicable can heights 85–14
Fonctionnement
Empty cans enter via star wheel onto a lift-and-tilt seat. The filling valve and can mouth align; the can rises and seals against the valve. The open-valve cylinder lifts the lever, allowing CO₂ from the upper liquid tank to inject into the can until internal and external CO₂ pressures equalize. The filling valve then opens and beverage flows along the inner can wall. Filling stops when the rising liquid level blocks the return-gas tube of the valve. An exhaust cam presses the release button; residual pressure vents through micro-holes in the valve and the can descends. Filled cans are hooked to the seaming station where lids are applied by feed guide and press head — pre-seam then full seam — then ejected to the outfeed conveyor.
