Fonctionnement
Bottles enter the rinser; clamps grip mouths and rotate 180° downward. Rotating-design clamp performs 360° dead-angle-free internal rinsing while simultaneously cleaning external surfaces — saving ~30,000 liters water/month. Bottles flip back upright and transfer to filler. Air-supported (cam-less) filling using equal-pressure (isobaric) principle and spring valve, with analog inlet valve for high-precision level control. Filling at 2–10°C; pressure ≤0.15MPa. Bottles transfer to capper for crown-cap sealing using magnetic-coupling torque adjustment (3-second adjustment vs 10 minutes on competitors). The capping shaft is hard-chrome-plated through 4-step process and supported by 2 bearings.
