Fonctionnement
Bottles travel from air conveyor through star wheel to rinser. Stainless-steel neck-clamps grip bottles and rotate 180° downward. First nozzle sprays sterilizing solution or water; second sprays purified water. External walls washed simultaneously. Bottles drain, rotate 180° back upright, and transfer via star wheel to filler. Bottle necks supported on plates; cam mechanism raises bottles to push open gravity filling valve. Filling continues until liquid blocks the return-air hole. Bottles descend, transfer via star wheel to capper. Anti-rotation knives grip the neck while capping head — orbital + spinning under cam control — grabs cap, places, tightens, releases.
