SED-24-24-24-8XGF-D is a juice-beverage 4-in-1 (rinse + particle fill + liquid fill + cap) monobloc for 10,000 BPH lines. It has 24 rinsing heads, 24 particle (pulp) filling heads, 24 product filling heads and 8 capping
Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via a screw-type separator that pitches them to the carousel infeed star. On the rinsing carousel (24 heads), bottles are inverted, internally rinsed with purified water and drained. They transfer to the filling carousel where 24 particle (pulp) filling heads dose chunks/pulp and 24 liquid-filling heads top up product. Filled bottles transfer to the 8-head capping carousel; a cap orienter sequentially feeds caps — caps are dropped only when a bottle is detected, and the machine auto-stops on cap shortage. Mitsubishi PLC and inverter coordinate motion under a Weintek touchscreen interface.
