Fonctionnement

Distilled water is fed from a built-in tank into a high-efficiency steam generator. The microcomputer drives a vacuum pump to perform 3 pre-vacuum pulses (Class B), evacuating air from the φ250×450 mm chamber and instrument loads. Saturated steam at 134 °C / 0.22 MPa is then injected to achieve full steam penetration; sterilization is held for the user-set time (4–120 min). After exposure, steam is exhausted and a final vacuum dries the load (0–240 min). Sensors monitor temperature, pressure and door interlock; printer and USB record cycle data; high-altitude self-calibration corrects for ambient atmospheric pressure.
