Fonctionnement
Tablets are fed and oriented by a customized inline conveyor, then transferred onto an anti-slip suction belt that smoothly delivers them into the forming tube. Three pairs of servo motors drive the film feed, vertical seal and horizontal seal/cutter respectively; an electronic-cam motion controller automatically synchronizes the cutter speed with film feed (no manual adjustment). The HMI sets bag length and cut position digitally. Color-mark sensors register print marks; anti-cut logic pauses the cutter (continuing feed and vertical seal) when a tablet is in the seal zone; anti-empty-bag logic pauses sealing when no product is detected. Heater bars (4×330W) seal each pillow bag and an ink-wheel coder prints batch info before discharge.
