Fonctionnement

Roll film is automatically conveyed and four-side bags are formed; optional dosing fillers introduce product. Photo-eye registration aligns artwork; date coding (or optional inkjet/laser) prints batch info. A reciprocating flat heat-sealing mechanism creates the four-side seal, an easy-tear notch and hang-hole are punched, and a roller knife cuts finished bags (including round-corner shapes). Finished bags are output and waste film is recovered.
