Fonctionnement
Roll-fed laminated film is split into 4 lanes by a slitting knife wheel; servo-driven screw augers meter powder into formed pouches. Each lane is back-sealed (longitudinal then horizontal heat seal with straight pattern) by Omron PID-controlled heaters; servo motor pulls bags via Omron servo, then easy-tear notches and flat cutters separate finished bags onto a conveyor.
