Fonctionnement
Automation is achieved via a PLC control system and HMI. Suction cups handle pouch transfer and opening. An intelligent detection system checks whether each pouch has opened correctly; if not, filling and heat-sealing are inhibited to avoid wasting pouches. The vacuum chamber uses a 10-station rotary design with an independent, proprietary vacuum-and-seal control system. Cam-follower (slot-cam) drive ensures smooth high-speed rotation without vibration.
