Fonctionnement
Products enter the acceleration conveyor (max. 20–60 m/min) with equal spacing (≥25 cm), then pass the weighing conveyor belt (300 g × 0.1 g resolution). The CJ1200 high-speed dynamic checkweighing instrument (1800 samples/s) determines Hi/Go/Lo status. Non-conforming products (overweight or underweight) are ejected laterally on the rejection conveyor via an air-blow mechanism. All results are logged; data can be exported via USB (Excel format).
