Fonctionnement
Centrifugal fan blades push heated air from the sides and bottom of the heating chamber into the work zone (top-to-bottom airflow), where heat exchange occurs with the product; exhaust air returns to the heating chamber via the top return path, forming a forced-convection hot-air circulation loop. This structure ensures temperature uniformity across all zones of the oven, eliminating cold spots and airflow dead zones. The master controller manages temperature throughout the full process; if temperature rises abnormally to the over-temperature alarm set point, the protection system immediately cuts off heating power. The conveyor system carries products through the furnace from the inlet, dries them under high temperature, and discharges them at the outlet.
