Fonctionnement
PVC/PET sheet is unwound and held by servo film-clip chains; sheet is heated and vacuum-formed against upper moulds (negative pressure top + positive pressure bottom via gas-liquid boosted cylinders) into both upper and lower blisters in one mould (two rows of three cavities). Top blister auto-cut and robot-transferred into bottom blister; operator manually loads product; machine auto-places paper card; high-frequency welder seals paper to PVC; pneumatic punch (5-10 T) makes aircraft-style hang holes; outer punch (10-15 T) cuts the finished pack outline. Scrap web auto-rewound.
