Fonctionnement

Servo-driven auto film unwind controls tension; film passes through a forming collar onto a stainless tube to form a tube. Vertical seal jaws fuse the back seam (back-seal pillow bag). A servo auger doses powder into the tube; framed horizontal seal jaws seal the bottom of the next bag, then a knife cuts the bag off. Independent temperature controllers tune longitudinal and horizontal seal temperatures for different film grades. Mark photoelectric eye keeps registration on printed film.

1Servo-driven auto film unwind controls tension; film passes through a forming collar onto a stainless tube to form a tube.
