Fonctionnement
Magnetic-induction metal detector with potted coil and digital control unit screens products for ferrous and non-ferrous metals (including stainless). US-imported control unit with German digital circuit design. Items then move onto a check-weigher with high-precision digital load cell (Mettler-Toledo 10 kg or AVIC 20 kg aluminum) under VFD-controlled belt. Out-of-tolerance or contaminated products are diverted by configurable reject mechanisms (pusher / swing arm / air blow / split). Self-learning compensates for product effect from water-rich, frozen, or pickled foods.
