Fonctionnement
Rubber stoppers are loaded through the feed port simultaneously with water. When the water level reaches the set height the level sensor stops water intake. The drum rotates slowly while stoppers tumble through high-pressure spray coarse wash, water-mix boil rinse, ultrasonic cleaning (high-frequency cavitation), self-circulating fine wash, siliconization, and WFI rinse. Hot-air circulation system dries at 70–150 °C, then cools to ≤40 °C before discharge. Full sequence: load → fill → coarse wash → drain → fine wash → silicone → drain → dry → cool → discharge.
