Fonctionnement

Material is fed from the hopper into a sealed crushing chamber. An electric motor drives eccentric blocks via a 4-belt drive, imparting high-frequency vibration to the chamber; the grinding rods inside rotate and revolve simultaneously, colliding with the material and grinding it through impact and shear. A water-cooling jacket controls chamber temperature. The chamber remains fully sealed during operation, eliminating dust escape. A UV sterilization lamp can operate during grinding to maintain cleanliness.
