Fonctionnement
The hopper (bin) is loaded with material and pushed into the rotating frame, which is then lifted hydraulically to mixing height. The drive system rotates the frame at a variable-frequency controlled speed of 3-8 r/min for a programmable duration of 2-59 min. Upon completion, the frame stops vertically, the hopper descends automatically to ground level, the machine stops, and process data is printed. The hopper is then unlocked and moved to the next process step.
