Fonctionnement
External photosensors detect the orientation (direction) of each vial. The orientation status is fed to the PLC controller, which activates the servo motor to rotate mis-oriented vials to the correct direction. The complete system comprises a servo drive system, a rotating turntable, an emergency stop, orientation sensors, and a frame.
