SED-20PT-I customized flat-and-side labeling machine for plastic cylindrical workpieces (Φ85 mm × 110 mm tall). Applies a 260×63 mm label to the bottom face plus a 45×45 mm label to the cylindrical side at 10–20 pcs/min

Fonctionnement
Two-station hybrid labeler. Station 1: a mold-on-conveyor positions the cylindrical workpiece bottom-up; the side-labeling head dispenses a pre-cut bottom label and applies it via mold-pressing to a fixed bottom-face position. A pneumatic gripper then transfers the part onto a horizontal conveyor. Station 2: a bottle-clamp mechanism grips and rotates the workpiece while the horizontal labeling station wraps the 45×45 mm label around the circumference. The workpiece then exits to the next station.
Processus de fonctionnement
