SED-20LP-C — Fully Automatic Dual-Centrifugal Bottle Unscrambler

Operator pours bottles into the lifter hopper; a VFD-controlled belt feeds them (based on photoelectric level sensing) into the centrifugal inner disc. The inner disc rotates at high speed to centrifuge bottles outward onto the outer disc; the outer disc spaces them apart. Mechanical guide rails and photoelectric sensors then orient and discharge bottles single-file via a blue PU conveyor belt. For bottles requiring specific orientation, the optional SED-20SJZX-C vision unit detects misoriented bottles via Hikvision smart camera and a Panasonic servo motor rotates each bottle to the correct direction.
