Fonctionnement
Two electronic load-cell scales receive material delivered by twin vibratory feeders or pneumatic gates per scale. At startup, scales auto-calibrate. PLC controls coarse and fine feeding stages and auto-corrects weighing deviation. When the target weight is reached, the photoelectric sensor triggers discharge into the manually placed bag. Vibratory amplitude voltage is adjustable. Weight overrange triggers alarm.
