Fonctionnement
Aluminum caps load manually into a SS316L rotating washing barrel inside a SS316L tank. An air-impact device combined with a central high-pressure spray nozzle removes particles through multi-stage washing (coarse, rinse, flush, fine). After washing, caps are sterilization-dried at 133 °C by electric heaters; vacuum evacuation plus fresh-air exchange provides rapid cooling. An elephant-nose automatic discharge device transfers the cleaned and cooled caps to downstream equipment. Online sampling (rubber stopper door + water sampling port) allows in-process QC. Patented surround-spray CIP system and patented back-door pull-out system (whole rolling-barrel pull-out for cleaning). Control: Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC + 10″ Pro-face HMI, analog modules, Grundfos booster pump, Burkert pneumatic diaphragm valves for pure-water/steam inlets.
