An interchangeable perforated coating pan rotates the tablet bed with infinitely variable VFD speed; an Iwata atomizing gun sprays coating solution from a peristaltic pump; three-stage HEPA-filtered hot air (40–80 °C, 1200 m³/h) is blown in while a 2.2 kW exhaust fan removes dust at 3571 m³/h. Process parameters (speed, intake speed, spray force, flow) are set on the Siemens touchscreen.
