Fonctionnement

Natural gas combustion via an Italian Baltur BTG12 burner heats water (vessel capacity <30 L) to produce saturated steam at up to 0.7 MPa / 171°C. A built-in steam-water separator removes condensate to ensure dry steam quality. LCD computer control automates burner ignition, feed-pump, water-level and pressure management; multi-interlock safety includes safety valve, pressure switch, low-water cutoff and leakage protector. Inner-shell welds are X-ray inspected and hydro-tested before delivery.
