Fonctionnement
Multi-effect cascade evaporation: plant steam heats Effect-I; pure secondary steam from each effect heats raw water in the next effect, cascading latent heat and minimising utility consumption. Final pure steam condenses to WFI. Burkert 8221+8619 split-type high-temperature conductivity meter monitors WFI quality at outlet; unqualified water is diverted automatically; conforming water is auto-routed to storage. Anti-pollution barrier prevents air backflow into evaporators.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Multi-effect cascade evaporation: plant steam heats Effect-I; pure secondary steam from each effect heats raw water in the next effect, cascading latent heat and minimising utility consumption.
2Final pure steam condenses to WFI.
3Burkert 8221+8619 split-type high-temperature conductivity meter monitors WFI quality at outlet; unqualified water is diverted automatically; conforming water is auto-routed to storage.
4Anti-pollution barrier prevents air backflow into evaporators.
