Fonctionnement

Filtered air enters the heat exchanger, becomes hot or cold air, and is fed into the lower box. It rises vertically through the perforated distributor plate of the fluidized bed, fluidizing the material above. Vibration motors drive the main body in directional even oscillation, throwing material horizontally. The combined hot airflow and vibration create a fluidized state with prolonged air-material contact, achieving high-efficiency drying or cooling. Humid air is extracted by an induced-draft fan via a cyclone separator (which recovers entrained material), and exhaust air is discharged to atmosphere. Dried material exits through the discharge port.
