Fully automatic date pitting machine. Uses an automated mold conveyor belt for feeding and transport, achieving pit-flesh separation with continuous uninterrupted operation. Eliminates the inefficiency of manual pitting.

Fonctionnement
A storage hopper feeds fruit onto a conveyor belt with mold templates. Fruit drops into mold holes; brushes sweep excess fruit into other holes (>=95% feeding efficiency). Punching needles then perform machine-tool-style pitting; pits drop into a collection hopper. Pitted fruit is conveyed forward and ejected by a large-cap pusher rod (preserving fruit shape) into the discharge hopper.
