Fonctionnement

Motor drives a triangular belt → worm gear → eccentric crankshaft + lifting rack, causing the gear shaft to drive the pentagonal roller cutters in periodic reciprocating rotation. Material is continuously moved and squeezed through the gap between screen and rotor to extrude granules. For dry caked material, the pentagonal cutter drum impacts and forces the material through the screen.

Processus de fonctionnement
