Fonctionnement
Premade pouches are stacked in the bag magazine and singulated. A pickup arm transfers each pouch to the bag-clamp; a date coder marks it. The bag is opened by suction and a spreader; the imported pressure sensor confirms the bag opened, otherwise downstream stations skip filling and sealing. A piston/pump filler doses 50–1000 ml liquid or sauce; a heat-seal station closes the pouch. Dual servo motors coordinate pickup, fill and seal. Siemens PLC + Delta touchscreen + Delta VFD + Omron encoder run the cycle. SS304L exterior with carbon-steel frame.
