Fonctionnement

Pre-made pouches are stacked in an adjustable magazine and lifted vertically by an internal-cam lever onto a SS304 cam-disc carousel that rotates through eight stations: (1) horizontal bag pickup by suction cup, (2) ribbon date coding, (3) bag opening by suction + spreader, (4) filling from the integrated stir+heat liquid filler, (5–6) reserved stations (e.g. additional fill or inspection), (7) heat seal in two passes — linear-grain then net-grain — for a clean, attractive seal, (8) shaping output. Siemens PLC + HMI commands clamp-width and bag-width auto adjustment via gear-driven clamps. Vacuum suction is provided by an Olubo (Taiwan) pump.
